This is a picture of the rear bumper of the GMC 1/2 way between the hitch and the right hand corner. The underskirt is held away from the exhaust pipe, which is visble between the the underskirt and the bumper. If the edge of the underskirt was attached at the bottom of the GMC bumper, the Phifertex would contact the exhaust and possibly melt.
