This is the underside of a corner showing an important way of reinforcing the corners. Notice that the stitching goes across the corner at a 45 degree angle, making two separate compartments for the cord at each corner. This adds strength to the corners where the bungee cord pulls in two directions. The cost for this project was about $160 Canadian, including the professional stitching, or about $100-120 US. Look at the Blue OX ads for a price comparison. I have used this system for about 2000 miles so far, and it has worked well.
