This is a knock-off of the Blue Ox Underskirt, a device to protect the toad from rocks and mud. It fits under the tow bar and cables. It is made from Phifertex, and was professionally stitched to my measurements, and turned out to be just a little on the large side. A 1/4\" bungee cord is stitched in the perimeter of the Phifertex, with openings to the bungee cord at the corners and half way down the sides where supporting attachments are placed. I tow a 1978 Volkswagen Superbeetle Convertible behind my 1978 GMC Kingsley coach.
